To Display or Edit a Flag's Explanatory Message from Show/Edit Flag Tool

  1. Select the Show/Edit Flag tool.
  2. Select the flag.
  3. Accept the flag.

    The Define Flag Information dialog opens.

  4. (Optional) In the dialog, edit the message text.
  5. Click OK.
